Summary:
Responsible for assisting the Driver in every aspect of product delivery to customers in an efficient and safe manner by following all company procedures. Will load and unload product to and from truck and ensure safety of self, others, and proper handling of the product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in loading and unloading products from truck; properly use accessory equipment such as ramps, load-locks, straps, and parking hand trucks
- Assist in verify orders to ensure correct products loaded and delivered.
- Assist driver to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and all shipping documents are returned to the Transportation Manager upon completion of deliveries.
- Ensure goods are loaded into trucks in a safe and logical order.
- Ensure each load is properly secured
- Assist in addressing and resolving customer problems, as appropriate.
- Represent the company in a positive manner in all customer interactions.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.

Required:
High school diploma or GED.
