Resource Sales Intern

This position is located in Clackamas, OR. As a Resource Sales Intern at Pacific Seafood, you will support our domestic and international sales teams to maximize live product sales. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global sales operations while building cross-cultural communication skills. Acting as a liaison between Pacific Seafood and our China office, you will play a key role in strengthening international relationships and driving sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with export and domestic sales teams to enhance sales performance.
Support live product sales domestically.
Serve as the primary liaison with our China office, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on crab sales initiatives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
Support customer relationship management efforts, including responding to inquiries and providing exceptional service.
Prepare reports and presentations to share insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring to Pacific Seafood
Required:
Actively pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in:
Business Administration
Operations
Sales
Or a closely related field
Biliteracy in English and Chinese, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Basic PC knowledge.
Preferred:
Prior internship or work experience in sales, operations, or customer service.
Experience in cross-cultural communication or international business.
Familiarity with seafood or agricultural product markets.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
