Pacific Seafood offers a unique internship program that gives interns the chance to make an immediate impact on our company. We are looking for a candidate who can start immediately and then join the rest of the intern cohort in June to participate in a structured orientation week at our corporate headquarters near Portland, Oregon, where you’ll be able to meet the team and learn the full scope of our business. Throughout the summer months, you’ll dive deep into a meaningful project for our company, which you’ll then present to our executive leadership team at the end of your internship. Key Responsibilities
- Gather client requirements for our Creative Services Team, understand project goals, and define project scope.
- Develop detailed graphic design and other creative project timelines, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans.
- Estimate project budget and manage financial aspects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Clearly communicate project updates, timelines, and any necessary changes to clients.
- Monitor progress, identify potential roadblocks, and address issues proactively.
- Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with the final deliverables.
- Coordinate with external vendors (printers, developers) to ensure accurate production and delivery of final design assets.
- Manage file formats, version control, and project documentation.
- Conduct quality checks on final deliverables before client approval.
- Conduct client meetings to present design concepts, gather feedback, and manage expectations.
- Assist team in photo shoots and other activities to complete projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring to Pacific Seafood
Required:
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or another related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Prior experience in Marketing, Creative Design, or Project Management
- Experience Project Management software
