Summary:
The Plant Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of daily plant functions to ensure smooth daily operations. This role is responsible for directing and managing all plant operations including plant maintenance, product quality, staffing, and other plant activities.

What you bring to Pacific Seafood:
Required
- Minimum five years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- HARPC (HACCP) Knowledge
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Prior experience in the seafood or shellfish industry.
- LEAN/Six Sigma Experience
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Prior ERP knowledge (SAP)
Pay: $74,305 - $111,457 Annually
