Summary: 

The Foodservice Sales Manager at Pacific Seafood is a key role on our Sales team supporting a district, the sales development of accounts, and team members assigned to the territory. This position manages Sales Representatives, develops key accounts, increases profitability, and exceeds customer expectations and is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, has strong interpersonal skills, and is a strategic thinker.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directs and conducts safety, sanitation and maintenance programs
  • Maintain excellent relationships with team members and client
  • Maintain food service work schedules of team members
  • Propose, initiate and maintain an operating budget
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs of physical plant and equipment
  • Post food service advertising materials
  • Inspect work areas and methods to ensure operating efficiency
  • Observe, evaluate and administer the proper management techniques and methods in accordance with established methods and procedures of the food service industry
  • Understand, monitor and ensure compliance with all local health ordinances and company policies
  • Work from directives and various procedural manuals
  • Develop facility procedures based on corporate, federal and state guidelines
  • Supervise, monitor and ensure training needs are met for all team members, while maintaining a positive and effective relationship  Ensure that standards of quality, service, and image are met
  • Conduct inventory and ordering procedures
  • Perform other duties, as assigned

What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:

Required:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years restaurant management, retail, or perishable food sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)

Preferred:

  • Seafood/protein work experience
  • Bilingual
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Salary Range: $125,000-$135,000 annually
