Summary: 

The High-Volume Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting both site-based and corporate recruiting efforts in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for high-volume data entry, tracking candidate progress, and ensuring accountability to meet tight hiring timelines. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and thrives amid daily, real-time changes while maintaining accuracy and organization.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support site, plant-level, and corporate recruiting teams with high-volume seasonal and year-round hiring initiatives.
  • Coordinate large-scale hiring efforts, including domestic, returner, and visa-based (H-2B) workforce programs.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time data entry and candidate tracking across ATS, spreadsheets, and internal dashboards.
  • Monitor staffing timelines, hiring targets, and compliance milestones to ensure on-time onboarding and arrivals.
  • Schedule interviews, hiring events, orientations, and onboarding activities across multiple sites and peak seasons.
  • Communicate consistently with candidates, recruiters, site HR teams, and external partners regarding next steps and changes.
  • Process offer letters, background checks, onboarding documentation, and visa-related requirements with precision and urgency.
  • Track candidate movement through each stage of the hiring funnel and proactively flag delays, risks, or data discrepancies.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with frequent, real-time changes to staffing plans and operational needs.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps, improving data accuracy, and strengthening recruiting workflows.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned. 

What You Bring to Pacific Seafood: 

Required:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish. 
  • 1 year of administrative or HR/Office experience in a high-volume setting
  • Efficient data entry skills and intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Excellent and professional communication skills – verbal and written. 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with the flexibility to adjust and multi-task with interruptions. 
  • Prior knowledge working with systems such as: ATS or CRM or Reporting systems 
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, as required.
  • Must be able to work in office 5-days a week

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's or associate degree from a college or university 
  • Marketing experience, preferably in the social media space. 
Pay Range: $22 - $27 per hour
